Shipping Policy

How We Do It

We ship orders using third party shipping company depending on the connectivity of pin codes. You will receive tracking details by email or SMS. Kindly note, if you have DND service enabled for contact number provided, you will not receive SMS.

Dispatch Time : Orders are dispatched within 6-7 business days after placing the order 

Delivery Time : 7-14 business days ( Domestic Shipping ). For International delivery time, please connect with us via mail.

We accept Prepaid Orders Only!

Shipping charges apply according to the pin code and weight of the shipment.

Important:

  • We try to dispatch parcels as soon as possible.

  • In case there’s a delay of more than 5 working days in dispatching the orders from our side, we shall notify you about the same via Email, Call or SMS on the details provided by you.

  • We outsource delivery to third-party vendors, and once the orders are dispatched from our side, we have zero control over the packages. So for any details about the current status of your order, we request you to check the tracking details.

  • If your order has been lost in transit or your tracking says it was delivered and you did not receive it, please email us at janhavi.creates@gmail.com. We will issue a ticket with the shipping partner to get proof of delivery and further look into the matter. We are fully dependent on the conclusion received by the shipping partner and will keep you in the loop with the same.

  • After an order has been delivered to the requested shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Once an order has been placed and dispatched from our side, no changes can be made with respect to the information like name, phone number, address etc. If you wish to make any changes before the dispatch, kindly inform us at janhavi.creates@gmail.com

  • If the receiver isn’t available at the time of delivery, and the parcel gets returned to us, shipping charges shall be applicable depending on the weight of the parcel for attempting the delivery again. The shipping rate will be applicable irrespective of if you have paid for the shipping charges or not on the order, it can be INR 100/- or more depending on the weight of your parcel for which delivery is being reattempted.

  • We do not accept COD. We accept prepaid orders only.

  • Please Note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or pandemic, your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in time.

  • Though we use some of India’s largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your goods reach you.

Returns & Cancellations

How We Do It

  • We do not offer RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES for any products purchased from Janhavi Creates.

  • Any genuine cases of damage, missing product(s), or wrong delivery of the product(s) shall be taken into consideration on a case to case basis.

  • The customer shall bring the same to our notice within 24 hours from the time of receiving the product(s).

  • All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to janhavi.creates@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with images and video of unboxing the parcel for the same.

  • If the customer fails to inform us about the same within the stipulated time frame (24 hours from the time of delivery), then their case shall not be considered.

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be made  under any circumstances.

  • When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
